- Terms: All customers must submit a credit application prior to
receiving terms. Until such time as a completed and approved application
is on file. All orders are C.O.D.
- Shipment: Shipments if not will call, will be shipped Overnight
C.O.D. Federal Express or U.P.S. FOB point for all orders is Fort Worth,
Texas.
FOB Origin Freight Collect
- Returns: COMPUTER PLACE will give credit on returned merchandise,
subject to our Stock Balancing Policy. The product must be received
within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. All returns will be subject
to a fifteen Percent (15%) restocking charge. Refunds will be in the
form of a company Check. All returned products must be clean, intact,
and complete. If a product has been registered or seals are broken, it
cannot be returned to us.
- How To Return Products
- Call your customer service representative at 817 292-7423 to
obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #). This will enable us to
process your return quickly. Please have the following information
ready: Your customer account number Invoice number and date Name of
product, formats. if defective, include a specific description of the
defect.
- Please be sure to pack the product carefully. Include all original
packaging and a copy of our invoice. All stickers and price tags must
be in tact before returning re-saleable products. Also include a note
telling us what is wrong with the products. Your RMA # is valid only
if material is received within ten (10) Business days of issuance.
Also final approval is contingent upon receipt and inspection in
undamaged condition.
