Customers are responsible for their own backups! Data transfers are not considered a part of any computer system upgrade, including hard drive installations. Data transfers including saves and backups, are billed at a rate of $65.00 an hour and is a cost above and beyond the diagnostic rate labor and parts. Computer Place will backup customer’s data upon request. Software warranty applies only to systems partitioned and formatted by Computer Place. |
